02/27/04 - Uninformative update Ya'll know that scene in "Dirty Harry" where Scorpio wants Callahan to bring to cash to the huge cross, and to make sure that Clint ain't bein' followed, Scorpio runs him from payphone to payphone to payphone? Well this is kinda like that, in a really sorta "whoa, think about it, dude!" esoteric like fashion. Or something. So Anyway, the Benefit show for Juan has been moved to next saturday, which would be March 6th. More to come on that. We are playing saturday, however, in Palo Alto. The nature of this gig is so awsome, so totally high tech and top fucking secret, that the information cannot safely be displayed in such a public forum as this. If you are interested in this show, then email us prior to noon on saturday and we will give you all the details, or at least what we know. The first lucky few may be able to catch a ride down there, if we can swing it. Other than that, the show in Humboldt is up and running, and we've got some special shit in mind for it, so if you can make the trek, do so. We will be sending out the first e-newsletter soon as well, so if you'd like to recieve it send us an email. If you do recieve it, and you haven't asked for it, and don't want it just reply to it with "Fuck off, Motherfuckers!!!" in the subject line and you will be removed. Fucking internet, man. ~ Population Reduction 02/25/04 - Informative update Well, ok ladies, just a quick note to inform any interested parties that the information for the show on Saturday is updated, but the address MAY be incorrect. We have a team of specialists working 'round the clock to rectify the situation. By late this evening/early tommorow we should have the address confirmed, for sure, maybe, sorta. We think. Ok, we hope. Forgive us. ~ Population Reduction 02/24/04 Ok, we realize that it's been too fucking long since the last update, but it's been a busy few weeks. The show on saturday at Warm Water Cove seemed to be a success, even though we fucking SUCKED ASS. I mean, really, really bad. Yup. But the kids were totally awsome, as were the other bands - all in all one totally kick ass show. We promise to suck less next time (NB - This is not a promise that we will actually be good). Thanks again to everyone who treked out and made it to our first California show. You are harder than nails. Sorry we had no CDs, but we'll try to fix that for the next one. Speaking of the next show, we will be playing this Saturday somewhere in North Oakland - We know that doesn't help at all, but we'll have more specific information on the shows page as soon as we get it - within a day or two, we swear. It's a Benefit show for this dude named Juan who needs YOUR help to pay off some surgery, so fucking come on out and lend a hand, ladies. We're sure it won't cost too much. That's what we thought. ~ Population Reduction 02/11/04 Well, it's just updates fucking galore this week, isn't it ladies? Well, more to report, so here it goes: Well, the split 7" with Magrudergrind will NOT be out on Jigsore Records as previously reported, but we haven't spoken to the Maryland Trio of Doom yet, so more info on how and when that will proceed as the info trickles down to us - we're still planning on putting it out. Also, we WILL be on SOME release for Jigsore in the near future, more on that as it gets figured out. But that's the bad news. The good news is, that we have another show, and this one will actually now be our first west coast show - Thanks to Matt for hooking it up. Check the Shows Page for info on it. We've also provided links to maps, so ya'll can find this shit. It'll be at Warm Water Cove in San Francisco on February 22nd, and there will be a shitload of killer bands, and it'll be FUCKING FREE!!! So come on down, and spend the day with us by the bay. ~ Population Reduction 02/09/04 Just some quick shit to report. The show has been moved, or rather, the date we were told was wrong, but either way ladies, the show up in Arcata, CA is on Tuesday March 2nd, not the 3rd. But you don't need to know that from here, because, finally, the fucking shows page has been updated...it has all the info we have, and more will come as we get it. We know that few, if any, of you will want to travel up to Humboldt for the show, but if you come more than 30 miles, we'll buy ya a beer. It'll be great. We promise. ~ Population Reduction 02/02/04 Things are lookin' up this week, ladies. Sure, one of us has a broken rib, and the other one's just fucking broke, but all the same, everything's comin' up roses. Herein lieth the deal: The split 7" with Magrudergrind is totally a fucking go thanks to the good folk at Jigsore Records and word on the street has it that it should be out sometime around June '04, so keep an eye out for it. Also, unbeknownst to us (sort of) we are officially on the Unholy Grave tribute mini-cd that's being put out by Nosick Records so go out and buy ten copies each right now! Shit Unholy Grave is like the best fucking band ever, so appearing on this CD is super cool for us...now if only we could do a split and tour with 'em! Ah, to sleep...perchance to dream.

On Wednesday, March 3rd we will be playing somewhere in Humbolt...I know, few if any of you are anywhere near there, but fuck it...we've been in California long enough, and it is time to lay this shit down. A special thanks to Jake for nabbing us the show...sometime this week we will have the specifics (location, other bands, etc...) and post 'em on the shows page, where they fucking belong. Also, the show is free, so if there's any incentive to come out, that should be it.

If all goes well then there should be some new pictures up soon as well...we won't spoil it for ya, but they should contain ski masks and flaming guitars. You heard me.
